• What is your turnaround time?

Current turnaround time is listed on the home page, if you need your order to arrive by a specific date please send me a message before ordering

• What size do you go up to?

Any size! ​Most of the patterns I use go up to age 14 so send me a message if you can't see the size you need and I can work out a price. As a rough guide prices typically go up between £1-£2 per size depending how much fabric/time the item takes. So if something is £20 for age 5-6 then 6-7 will be between £21 and £22, 7-8 £22-£24 etc.

 

•  Even adult sizes??

I love doing adult clothes!! Happy to discuss your ideas and work out a price if you want to treat yourself!​

• Whats your sizing like?

It depends on the item, I use several different pattern companies so the sizing is slightly different depending on who created the pattern. Theres a size guide and advice on each item to help you choose, for example rompers and dungarees are pretty true to size but more generous than high street sizing so should last you longer. Miles is huge and almost in 9-12 month high street clothes at 4 months old but his 3-6m rompers still fit lovely with room to grow. If in doubt send me a message and I'll help you choose!

• Whats your returns policy?

If you've changed your mind I'm happy to accept returns as long as the item is returned in a clean, unworn condition that can be resold. You need to contact me within 14 days of receiving your item and then you have a further 14 days to return it for a full refund minus postage costs. You are also responsible for the return postage. If the item is faulty then I will pay for the postage costs for it to be returned for repair or a refund within 6 months of when you received the order, so please inspect your item carefully when you receive it. ​

• Can you fix my item if its been damaged through use?

I'm happy to take a look! Everything is designed and made to last but if its been damaged then please send me a message with pictures and I'll see if its repairable. There may be a small fee depending on the issue to cover the time needed to fix it.

• Where can I see your items in person?​

You'll find me at craft fairs around South Wales throughout the year, keep an eye out on Facebook and Instagram for details of where you can find us! ​
